Shipping

To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, all orders - whether personalized (like stockings) or non-personalized - are crafted with care and require a bit of extra time. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be dispatched after purchase. We'll be in touch via email to confirm your personalized order's details and provide a proof image for your approval. Thank you for your patience and support!

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping with the code FREESHIPPING150.

All domestic orders under $150 will be charged a flat $5 shipping + handling fee.

International Shipping

All international orders will be charged a flat $15 mailing fee.

Customs Duties

If you live outside of the United States, your country’s customs department may add import duty and charges to your parcel on arrival, which will be your responsibility. If you refuse the duties charge when the packages arrives at customs, I will be charged for the cost of returning the package. Duties charges will be deducted from any refund.

Returns + Exchanges

We try to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. However, if you are unhappy with any part of your order, please contact us within 48 hours following delivery and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Personalized items, like Christmas stockings, or digital items, like gift cards or digital charts, cannot be returned.

Other non-personalized, physical products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

When returning an item, please purchase your own shipping label with a tracking number. I cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Items must be returned in their original condition — complete, unopened & unused. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent via tracked mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Spider Spun with a tracking number. You can follow along as your package makes its way to your door.

All digital orders are designed for your personal use only. I know we all love to share with friends, but please keep in mind that Spider Spun is a small, female-owned business and every dollar is used to keep it running and make more beautiful stitching projects. Please encourage your friends to visit Spider Spun themselves.

Gift Cards

Purchasing a digital gift card creates a unique code. The code is emailed to the email address you specify instantly. The giftee can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total. The gift card does not expire.
